These terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Cloudbricks website and current early-access application, provided by Onentry, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Washington, United States ("Cloudbricks," "we," "us").
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Cloudbricks for an organization, you must have authority to act for it and to provide the information you submit.

Your account
Provide accurate account information and use an email address or sign-in account you are authorized to use. Protect your verification codes and access to your email and identity-provider accounts. Do not share your Cloudbricks session with another person or attempt to use an account you do not control.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership and protect access.
Early-access service
Cloudbricks is under active development. The current release provides account sign-in and onboarding; app-building, chat, billing, and deployment features may not yet be available. A demonstration or description of a planned feature is not a guarantee of availability or delivery on a particular date.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of information you need and do not rely on an early-access feature for an essential production operation without your own assessment.
Acceptable use
Use Cloudbricks lawfully and only with information and resources you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, submit content you have no right to provide, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to access another user's information without permission.
Do not misuse verification or sign-in features to send unwanted messages, probe other accounts, or evade abuse-prevention measures. Report suspected security issues to the contact address above.
Your information and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in information or material you submit. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service and to meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Cloudbricks and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, branding, and website content. These terms permit you to use the available service in accordance with this agreement; they do not transfer ownership of Cloudbricks to you. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Third-party services
Sign-in, hosting, browser dictation, and demonstration scheduling can involve third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of those services. You are responsible for any separate accounts or authorizations you choose to use. Third-party availability can affect Cloudbricks features that depend on them.
Fees
The current application does not collect payment details or charge through the application. If paid features become available, their price, billing terms, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be presented separately before you authorize payment. Creating an account does not by itself authorize a future charge.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about access, correction, or deletion. Signing out does not delete your account. Contact hello@cloud-bricks.com if you want to close your account or request deletion.
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using Cloudbricks at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about it.
Account closure and information retention are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Ending access does not remove obligations that, by their nature, continue after the account is closed.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the early-access service is provided as available, without additional promises that it will meet every requirement or operate without interruption. You are responsible for assessing whether the available features are suitable for your use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will publish the updated terms with a revised effective date and provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
